- a 501 c 3 non-profit group - works to subsidize the cost of spaying and
neutering pets in economically disadvantaged households. The ultimate
goal is to reduce the number of dogs/cats entering the Surry County
Animal Shelter and reduce the number of pets killed there. We incorporate
a fostering network into our mission to keep dogs safe while they
await adoption. Fostering further reduces the number of dogs killed
at the shelter.
Mayberry 4Paws gratefully acknowledges the financial assistance of ASPCA. This funding allows M4P to rescue, foster, and transport dogs from death row at the local shelter.
Mayberry 4 Paws does not help cats at this time!
